If you love the outdoors and enjoy training with a group of like-minded people then Revive’s group training is for you. Our individualised approach to fitness doesn’t just apply to personal training – it’s equally relevant to our group training clients too.
The information you’ll give us when you start training with us won’t just go in a drawer and be forgotten about, we’ll use it to make sure that the training you’re doing with us fits into your life and helps you to achieve your fitness goals.
Group training sessions are challenging but fun! Whether we’re boxing, resistance training, running or jumping, you’ll finish each session feeling exhilarated and proud of what you’ve achieved. Sure, you’ll be out of your comfort zone at times but the support of your training buddies makes the pain more bearable and the rewards even greater.
Group training sessions are held at 6:00 am on Thursdays at Balgowlah North Public School, 9:15 am on Tuesdays and Fridays at The Spit in Mosman and 9:15 am on Thursdays at Seaforth Oval in Seaforth. Click here to find our group training locations.
Each and every group training session is different but all include some cardio work, some resistance training, core strength and stability and a whole lot of fun!
