Personal training really is all about YOU. If you have specific goals that you want to achieve or you’re dealing with chronic injuries or conditions, Revive’s personal training programmes can help you.
Our approach to personal training is to understand you inside out before developing a training programme for you. Our first session won’t even involve any training – it’s purely a getting to know you session. It’s where we compile a profile for you and learn about your body and your lifestyle. We’ll ask you about your goals, what motivates you to get up in the morning, if you have any concerns about starting a fitness programme and what injuries are you dealing with.
We’ll use this information to put together a truly personalised training programme for you. You might only train with Revive once a week but if we’ve decided that you need to exercise three times a week to achieve your goals, we’ll write that into your programme to keep you accountable to those sessions too.
Personal Training sessions are available by appointment. Sessions are 60 minutes and can be held at a location that suits you. We can also arrange buddy training sessions if you’d prefer to train with a friend or partner.
